This is a collection of Inner Explorations for self-healing and self-discovery. The process originated in the application of conflict mediation models to inner conflict, and over time became heavily influenced by numerous practices and modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, biopsychosocial approaches to chronic pain and conditions, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and relational mindfulness practices for collective trauma healing.
These inner explorations have given voice to the physical, emotional, and mental experiences that otherwise went overlooked, bypassed, or silenced. They have become a pathway to integration, as well as ongoing cultivation of embodied inner resources, with curiosity to understand the mechanisms that might get in the way.
